Who we are

Greenfield Gardens is a garden design and landscaping business based at 14 Mill Lane, Wimborne, BH21 1AA. You can reach us on 01202 555 0142 or at hello@greenfieldgardens.example. We only collect the details we need to reply to you and quote for your garden. We never sell them.

What we collect

If you use the quote form, we collect your name, email, phone number, garden postcode and what you write about your garden. We use these only to reply to you, arrange a visit and give you a quote.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep job records for as long as the law asks us to.

How the form sends your message

We send form messages using Resend, an email service. Resend keeps a copy of the emails it sends, including what you wrote, for a limited time.

Hosting and visitor counting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and keep the website secure, Cloudflare handles visitors' device addresses (IP addresses).

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a simple visitor counter. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@greenfieldgardens.example and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website works changes, we update this page and the date at the top. It is worth a look now and then if you are a regular visitor.
